Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes (GST/HST) where required by law. Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. In Ontario, we are required to collect Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at 13% on applicable goods and services. Prices displayed include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Age Restrictions

Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to our tea subscription service, you agree to the following terms: subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled, you may cancel at any time without penalty, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, we reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days written notice (email or website notice), and we may discontinue subscriptions at any time with appropriate notice. In compliance with Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 10 days of signing up for a full refund. All subscription cancellations must be in writing (email acceptable) and will be processed within 10 business days.

Consumer Protection Rights

This agreement does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or other applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. You have the right to cancel certain contracts within a cooling-off period, receive accurate product descriptions, and be protected against unfair business practices. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Consumer Protection Office of Ontario or your provincial consumer protection agency.

Competition Act Compliance

We comply with the Competition Act (Canada), which prohibits false or misleading representations, deceptive marketing practices, and anti-competitive behavior. All product descriptions, prices, and claims on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. If you believe any representation is false or misleading, please contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability
